Mornington Peninsula Getaways (MPG) believes that information contained on its web site is correct, however as most of the material is provided to us by Property Owners &/or third parties, we do not accept any liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, which may be suffered through relying on any information contained within, or omitted from our web site. The use of our site is at your own risk and it is your responsibility to confirm that the information is correct. The web site may contain inaccuracies and/or errors. The web site is updated regularly, and information may be added, deleted and /or changed without prior notice.

Our web site may contain links to Property of third party sites. Such links are provided only for reference and should not be regarded as an endorsement of the site.

MPG is not responsible for the chosen accommodation not “meeting the expectations” of the accommodation required. To avoid this happening we suggest you make arrangements to visit the accommodation prior to finalising your booking.

The Booking Confirmation indicates the person/s responsible for the booking, and this person undertakes that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. That person/s becomes solely responsible for the other care of the rental property, its contents & its surrounds.

Individual properties have their own cancellation policy, however the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings taken by Mornington Peninsula Getaways.

Cancel less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of total tariff non refundable.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 15% of the total tariff is payable within 3 working days of confirmation. This deposit is not refundable or transferable.

At the time of booking, Credit Card details can be processed for the 15% deposit without surcharge.

All other payments made by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Bankcard and Amex) are subject to a surcharge of 3%.

Credit Cards payments can only be made in the name on the Booking Confirmation. Third party cards cannot be accepted for payment.

Full payment (non refundable) is due & payable 7 days prior to arrival - your Booking Confirmation will advise where & to who the final payment is to be made.

Rentals for dates within 3 working days of enquiry must be paid in full at time of booking.

Changes to bookings may incur an administration fee of up to 15% of the total tariff.
